Terms and conditions.

• To secure your appointment, I require a non refundable booking fee of 30% of the service price. The booking fee will be deducted from the final service price. If the booking fee is not payed within 48hrs of booking, your appointment or course will be cancelled. You can transfer the booking fee to another day once if more then 48hrs notice has been given after that you will be required to pay a new booking fee.

• Please note I do not provide refunds. As my time and products have been used and it is down to you to tell me during/at the end of your appointment if you are unhappy with the treatment. This will give me time to rectify the issue.

• I accept cash, card or bank transfer for the remaining amount left.(Bank transfer needs to be done before you leave the premises)

• Please come alone to appointments. 16s and under will need a adult to attend.

​​

• Lash infills require 50% or more of the lashes left. If you have less the 50% left you will be charged extra. If the infill is booked for 4 weeks or longer since the last appointment you will be charged for a removal and full set. 

​

• All nail products need to be fully removed every 3/5 months to check the nail health.
